1. Select Growing Medium: Options include Rockwool, coco coir, perlite, or vermiculite.

2. Prepare Nutrient Solution: Use a balanced mix, adjust pH (5.5-6.5).

3. Set Up Lighting or Place Outside: Use LED grow lights; adjust for your plants.

4. Control Environment: Maintain 65-80°F temperature and proper humidity.

Microgreens are nutrient-dense superfoods that are easy to grow hydroponically. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to growing them, along with the health benefits they offer:

1. Gather Your Tools:

   - Tray

   - High-quality soilless mix or jute pads (optional)

   - Microgreen seeds (e.g., radish for beginners)

   - Water spray bottle

   - Proper lighting

   - Scissors

2. Prepare the Tray:

   - **With Soil Substitute:** Add a thin, 2-inch layer of coconut potting soil or another soil substitute. Keep it loose and even.

   - **Without Soil:** Skip this step.

3. Seed the Tray:

   - Evenly spread the seeds over the surface of the tray.

4. Water the Seeds:

   - Generously water the seeds, but avoid overwatering. Use a spray bottle to keep the seeds moist, watering several times a day.

5. Wait for Growth:
